Change is constant!

I just could not let my change go ooo... I am now unemployed and every little helps.

So I enlisted the help of my little cousin to escort me to nysc office for a 2nd time.

Don't worry...I did not just set off to go get the change.  That would be a "penny-wise, pound-foolish" moment.  I also wanted to change the state I was due to collect my call-up letter from FCT to Lagos.  Hoping to travel to Lagos in a few days and it makes sense to just get the call up letter from there rather than coming back to FCT.

First time in Abuja and I really don't know what the hype is all about...lol...

Abuja is dryyyyy shaaaa (my personal opinion).  So I would prefer, much prefer, to serve in Lagos.

Anyways...after waiting for over 2 hours (somehow this days was worse than the first day), I spoke to a guy doing the verification and he refused point blank to change the call-up letter collection state...His reasons were actually spiteful (you know how Naijas and their grumpiness are).

Whilst I was even pleading with him, he just stood up and went outside to call the next person in...OMG...This rudeness is inside the bones ooo.  I was just looking at him with mouth wide open.  You need to understand that this only needed a one line clicking amendment. Nothing tedious.  But he made a song and dance about it.

Anyways, just left it. I ll come back another day or I ll just come back to Abuja for my call-up letter.  No big deal!

Oh...I nearly forgot my change again.  I was even inside a cab when I remembered.  So my cousin just rushed out while the cab driver waited and he got the 150 naira change! Phew!!!

Live to fight another day!!!!

P.s. Cabs are veryyyy veryyyy cheap in Abuja for anyone that cares to know. A 10-min journey (or "7-mins" as my cousin puts it) is likely to cost you just 300 naira which is pretty good.
